Job Description

We are seeking a banking and finance lawyer with at least 2-3 years’ PQE and with expertise in structured finance or more broadly in leveraged finance transactions. You will primarily work on a combination of new issue transactions, restructurings or modifications of existing transactions for a wide range of clients including large investment banks, specialist lenders, major corporate issuers, commercial banks, alternative fund managers and insurance companies.

The candidate should be trained with an international law firm, be experienced working on cross-border transactions and be admitted to practice law in either the UK or other common law jurisdiction.
