M ain responsibilities include:
Drafting and negotiation of contracts primarily for the Networks/IT procurement domain; ensuring consistent approach to commercial terms and operational clauses; and management of contractual issues during the performance of the contract execution by the suppliers
Provide workable and enforceable legal advice
Continuously ensure alignment with the Telenor Group governing principles and policies as applicable
Identify key risks in relation to supplier contracts and suggest solutions, both specifically/case based and as general solutions
Build and maintain stakeholder relations internally and externally
Lead resolution of contractual challenges
Profile
Significant experience in Software, IT Services and IT Implementation contracts.
Intellectual property rights expertise
Solid knowledge of Singapore law
High level of integrity and ethics
Curiosity and openness to develop and learn skills
Ability to communicate and interact effectively across organizational and cultural boundaries, internally and externally
Commercial mindset
Analytical and problem solving capabilities
Able to work with a high degree of independence, execution power and passion

Educational & Experiences Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Law with strong academic results
Minimum 7 years’ post qualification experience with contract work, contract development/drafting/review, negotiations, corporate law, contract management and/or disputes
Prior experience in telecommunications, IT industries beneficial
Experience in dealing with cross border privacy matters, in particular GDPR would be advantageous
