Candidate … We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Legal / Legal Counsel to assist the General Counsel. We are seeking applications from candidates who are


  • Able to provide legal support to the various global business units on a wide variety of local and cross border projects and matters for the SJ Group, which may involve mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital market services, consortium arrangements and project tenders, financing, data privacy and other general corporate matters;
  • strategic thinkers with a solution oriented approach;
  • detail oriented and meticulous;
  • have a proven track record for managing both complex and routine matters independently as well as with team members and external counsel;
  • passionate about coaching/mentoring team members as well as training clients;
  • tech savvy; and
  • PQE 10 - 12 years.
