We are expanding our team at Singtel’s Digital InfraCo as we will be launching GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) in Singapore and Southeast Asia in the third quarter of this year, providing enterprises with access to NVIDIA’s AI computing power to drive greater efficiencies to accelerate growth and innovation.

At launch, Singtel’s GPUaaS will be powered by NVIDIA H100 Tensor Core GPU-powered clusters that are operated in existing upgraded data centres in Singapore. In addition to NVIDIA H100 GPUs, we will be among the world's first to deploy NVIDIA’s next-generation GB200 Grace Blackwell Superchips, which deliver 30X faster real-time large language model inference than its predecessor. We will be one of the first NVIDIA Partner Network Cloud Partners to receive them early next year and this will give enterprise customers options of different types of accelerators for their advanced computing and AI needs.”

To provide legal support to Digital InfraCo’s cloud infrastructure/platform business, in particular GPU-as-a-service offering, related storage and software platform and other AI infrastructure. The role will also support other aspects of Singtel’s Digital InfraCo’s business as the need arises.

Make an Impact by

• Provide legal advice and draft/review a wide variety of contracts for Singtel’s digital infraco cloud infrastructure/platform business, in particular GPU-as-a-service offering, related storage and software platform and other AI infrastructure. Such contracts include, customer contracts, vendor contracts and procurement matters, intra-group arrangements, and partnership/collaboration arrangements.
• Provide accurate and prompt legal advice to the business, acting always in a pro-active, commercial, and pragmatic manner. Liaising with relevant internal stakeholders promptly.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts with counterparties, in particular cloud infrastructure contracts, would be essential. Corporate experience, for e.g. M&A and project financing, will be a plus.
• Responsible for putting in place adequate governance policies/processes in conjunction with key stakeholders, work collaboratively with the business to ensure internal policy and corporate governance is adhered to.
• Possess excellent client relationship skills with keen interest in learning and understanding the business, its technical and operational aspects. In-house experience is a plus.
• Time management to cope with competing deadlines from different business stakeholders.
  
  

Skills For Success

• Law Degree
• At least 6-8 years of experience with a license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Managing different stakeholders who often have different sets of concerns
• Responding within tight time deadlines & juggling multiple and competing demands
• Dealing with ambiguity & other pressures of a recently established business
• Coordinating and liaising with different cross-functional teams within Singtel
• Problem solver, good communication skills
• Willing to work collaboratively within a team to meet business needs
