Singtel’s Legal Department is looking for a Legal Manager to support the 5G, Edge Cloud computing, application marketplace/store, and IoT (Internet of Things) business, with emphasis on collaborations and sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a wide range of international, 5G, cloud services and IoT agreements, including licensing agreements, professional services agreements, reseller agreements, customer agreements, and responses to requests for proposals.
Additionally, he or she will work directly with the business, providing advice to the business and cross-functional stakeholders on legal issues and risks, intellectual property rights, and company policies. On occasion, he or she may be required to manage pre-litigation legal disputes and conduct training for the business.

Make An Impact By
- Reviewing and drafting service agreements and contract documents.
- Providing support, advice, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on legal issues including IPR and risk implication.
- Managing legal dispute and negotiate terms with customers, partners and suppliers.
- Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) or equivalent from a reputable university
- 3 to 6 years of work experience in a law firm or in-house
- Sound knowledge in company law, contract law, and product liability law;
- Experience drafting and negotiating contracts;
- Pro-activeness and a desire to learn;
- The aptitude for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills;
