Job Description
_x000D_ [What the role is]
- Provide legal advice on general corporate and commercial contracts including issues relating to the sale, leasing and management of State land and properties. Other areas of law to advise on include Intellectual Property (IP) issues
- Assist in litigious and potentially litigious matters
- Advise on law reform and drafting of legislation
- To work with government and statutory bodies and the industry on real estate-related issues
- Qualification in Law
- Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore
- At least 4 years of postgraduate experience in professional private practice or in-house legal position
- Meticulous with good analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
