Job Description
The Senior Legal Counsel is part of the Legal Division that supports SIT by dealing with all legal and contractual matters in the course of SIT’s operations with a view to minimizing SIT’s risk exposure. As a team, the Legal Division also provides advice on data protection/governance and manages SIT’s corporate secretarial work.


Key Responsibilities


You will provide back-end support to SIT by reviewing and advising on legal and contractual matters in the course of SIT’s operations, including data protection and governance matters. Your duties will include:


  • Contract review and drafting
  • Legal research and advice
  • Propose and/or assess risk mitigation measures to mitigate contractual and legal risks


You may also be required to assist with corporate secretarial duties and other duties that may be assigned from time to time.


Job Requirements


  • Law degree from a local university (preferred) or an SILE-approved university
  • 3 to 5 years of working experience, preferably with some prior in-house experience
