Associates / Senior Associates (Dispute Resolution)

We are a boutique Singapore law firm that provides commercial dispute resolution and advisory services to clients from international Chinese markets. We are looking for Associates / Senior Associates with 1- 6 years’ PQE in dispute resolution (litigation/arbitration). Associates will be acting in and assisting with a range of civil and commercial dispute resolution work, including: • Drafting court documents, pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and correspondence. • Conducting legal research. • Providing advice on legal and procedural issues. • Assisting in case preparation, including document review, discovery, and trial/hearing bundle compilations. • Attending court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and client meetings. • Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, and opposing parties. • Ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining accurate records of all case-related documents. • Supporting senior lawyers or instructed counsel in complex disputes. Candidates can expect remuneration on par with Big 4 firms. Qualifications • Admission to the Singapore Bar • 1 -6 years’ post-qualification experience in disputes resolution. • Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese. However, proficiency in business or legal Chinese is not required.
