Legal Counsel supporting Razer's operations
- be part of the Legal team that will draft, analyze, negotiate and complete complex commercial transactions with our customers and strategic partners across assigned Razer business units;
- Handle corporate and commercial legal matters including Chinese language contracts and provide support to Razer’s offices in the PRC and Taiwan;
- be a Singapore-qualified lawyer and have 5+ years PQE and above with a leading law firm;
- be bilingual with relevant PRC experience
- have a strong background in all facets of corporate and commercial law, and exposure to MNC consumer technology business is strongly preferred;
- experience in supporting supply chain management, logistics, distribution and sales and marketing functions;
- experience in supporting infosecurity/ IT/ software would be a plus; and
- have exceptional teamwork, collaboration and communication skills to manage stakeholders and provide effective legal support
