A market leader in the technology industry is looking for a Legal Counsel to support M&A deals.
About The Job
Job scope entails handling cross border projects including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital market, general corporate matters, legal disputes and other legal matters. Drafting and reviewing and negotiating of contracts, ensuring corporate compliance with laws and regulations, providing legal advice and supporting and working closely with the corporate secretarial team.
About The Manager/team
Reporting to the General Counsel
Skills And Experience Required
Possess at least a degree of law with 4 PQE (SG Bar or common law jurisdiction) working in a reputable law firm or in-house context. Good knowledge of law and possess good communication skills as well as working as a team player.
