Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Legal Documentation

Prepare legal documents in accordance with local law and regulations in the region
Draft and review contracts, agreements and other legal documents

Legal Requirements

Facilitate regional business setup on government regulations and legal rights matter
Liaise and negotiate with local government and lawyers on legal requirements and issues
Responsible for submission of legal documents to government on timely basis

Compliance Program

Conduct training in Singapore Office and regional companies to promote compliance program
Monitor the compliance situation in the region and report to management
Assist Whistle Blowing System ie. investigate issues and conduct management reporting

Other Duties

Provide legal advice to management and subsidiaries
Research on latest legal news, laws and regulations in the region

Job Requirements

Law degree or equivalent
Attrorney qualification in any jurisdiction
At least 1 years work experience in legal field
Knowledge of business related laws
Must be willing to travel regularly for business trip
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Able to work independently and in a team
Able to communicate with people from all levels of background in a corporate setting
