Job Description

Oon & Bazul is one of Singapore’s fastest-growing law firms as recognized by Asian Legal Business. The firm is a large leading commercial practice and our lawyers are known for their ability to deliver high-quality work as well as their commitment to helping clients achieve success.

We are looking for a Foreign Lawyer to bolster our Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. The candidate needs to have at least 1 year experience working in a law firm. The general scope of work includes: -

Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales
Run files and cases under an Equity Partner's supervision and independently in some cases.
Assist with the team’s lead deals while managing different work-streams
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Law degree from a reputable university
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High degree of attention to detail
Keen ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
Independent self-starter with the ability to work across various stakeholders
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
A team player
