Legal and Compliance Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a Legal and Compliance Specialist to support commercial contracts, corporate matters and regulatory compliance for our Singapore operations and cross-border business activities. Key Responsibilities • Draft, review and negotiate customer, supplier, procurement, employment and confidentiality agreements. • Advise on corporate, employment, data protection and commercial compliance matters. • Identify contractual and regulatory risks in cross-border projects and coordinate with external counsel when required. • Assess export control and sanctions risks involving controlled products, technologies, end users and destinations. • Maintain contract templates, authorisation records, corporate documents and compliance files. • Monitor relevant legal and regulatory changes and advise business teams on their implications. • Support customer and supplier due diligence, compliance questionnaires and internal or external reviews. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or above in Law or a related discipline. • 3–5 years or above of relevant corporate legal, law firm or compliance experience. • Familiarity with commercial contracts, procurement agreements, employment matters and compliance. • Knowledge of Singapore corporate, employment and commercial contract laws. • Knowledge of US law or Indonesian laws and regulations is an advantage. • Experience or knowledge of US export controls, economic sanctions and related compliance requirements is an advantage.
