Qualifications / Person Specification
- PQE 2-4 Singapore Qualified or PQE 1-3 Hong Kong or other Common Law Jurisdiction Qualified
- Experience covering a full spread of contentious and non-contentious IP and technology work
- Experience in IP and/or technology arbitration is preferred
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle and manage deadlines independently under high-level supervision
- Strong initiative, organizational and problem-solving skills
