We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Paralegal to support our lawyers in managing legal matters, preparing documentation, and coordinating with clients and relevant parties. Key Responsibilities • Assist with the preparation of legal documents, correspondence, and court filings. • Conduct legal research and compile documents for case preparation. • Maintain accurate case files and monitor deadlines. • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and hearing schedules. • Liaise professionally with clients, courts, and other parties. • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient management of legal matters. Qualifications and Requirements • Diploma or degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline preferred. • Prior experience in a Singapore law firm would be an advantage. • Strong written and spoken English. • Proficiency in spoken Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and assist with their enquiries and case coordination. • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with eLitigation would be an advantage. • A high standard of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
