Hyatt is seeking a Legal Associate to join its ASPAC Legal Team. This role offers an opportunity to support hotel development projects and corporate/commercial services across the Asia Pacific region.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Legal Associate with a strong background in transactional/commercial contracts. You will be responsible for providing legal support on new hotel development deals, as well as supporting existing hotels with operational matters. Additionally, you will provide legal support to other business and corporate functions, attend to corporate secretarial matters, and support any other corporate transactional projects in the region.

Requirements:
Provide legal support on new hotel development deals, both managed and franchised hotels.
Provide legal support to existing hotels with operational matters.
Provide legal support to other business and corporate functions, including reviewing commercial services agreements, IT related agreements and marketing statements.
Support any other corporate transactional projects in the region.
Attend to occasional corporate secretarial matters.
Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 3 years PQE
Strong background in transactional/commercial contracts
Previous experience in Real Estate/Hospitality/Retail sector would be
