Your new company
A real estate SGX listed is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their Singapore team.
Your new role
A newly created role in the organisation and you will be reporting directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support, which include advising on legal issues, drafting, and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, liaising with external counsel, handling SGX compliance and queries and representing the company's interests in legal matters. In addition, you will be responsible for all company secretarial matters with external support.
What you'll need to succeed
You will require a bachelor's degree in law with 4 to 8 years in corporate law or as in-house counsel in a listed corporation. You are someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Someone who is resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
