About the role
Our Singapore Disputes team is currently looking for an Associate with up to 5 years post qualification experience to join their expanding team.
Those with strong commercial litigation experience, including shareholder disputes, trust disputes, fraud, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional litigation, asset tracing as well as restructuring and insolvency matters are encouraged to apply.
Who you’ll be working with
You will be joining a team of 3 to 4 lawyers in Singapore and will also be working with colleagues in our Hong Kong office.
What you’ll be doing
You will be an active member of the Litigation, Insolvency and Restructuring Practice Group in Singapore, where you will be actively involved in advising on various cases from cross-border, multijurisdictional litigation, contentious trusts, insolvency and restructuring matters to fraud and asset tracing and asset preservations.
Responsibilities
You will be an active member of the Litigation, Insolvency and Restructuring Practice Group in Singapore and will:
• Actively advise on various cases from cross-border, multi-jurisdictional litigation, contentious trusts, insolvency and restructuring matters to including fraud and asset -tracing and asset preservations.
• Work with colleagues to help clients succeed in realizing their business or personal objectives, through the efficient delivery of appropriate legal advice and assistance;
• Undertake business development.
