Minimum qualifications:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing quotes to cash agreement execution across Google Cloud Security portfolio, including pricing, quoting and customer agreement negotiations. You will partner with legal resources and Business teams to structure agreements and handle non-standard term approvals for strategic agreements globally. You will also help with business on-boarding and enablement and with the design of various process improvements including delivering requirements and maintaining accountability for all agreement functionality.

Responsibilities
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a technology contracting, deal desk, legal, or sales operations environment.
- Experience negotiating enterprise agreements with customers and cross-functional internal business partners.
- Experience developing agreement structures and communicating them clearly to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in supporting a goal carrying, enterprise promoting organization in the cloud, software, consulting or technology space.
- Experience leading and handling multiple time-sensitive projects.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic business partner to acquired companies Business teams in the development and execution of commercial structures through the quote-to-cash business-cycle.
- Ensure all agreements are finalized with the appropriate information to book inbound business, including approvals for non-standard agreements have been properly documented, raised to the right approval levels, and resolved within reasonable time frames.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance and Legal to ensure processes are designed to be compliant for all global agreements and policies.
- Manage documentation regarding internal and external facing quote-to-cash processes and policies.
- Work across different functions to understand agreement requirements, structures, business terms, and identify potential risks and/or opportunities that can affect performance, growth, and strategic positioning.
