Provide legal advice, analysis, research and support in a broad range of contractual, corporate secretarial and regulatory issues
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial, real estate, employment, procurement, supply chain, distribution, and other contracts
Provide legal support in crisis management
Manage regulatory inquiries or investigations
Manage potential and actual civil litigation matters and disputes, work closely with external legal counsel, if necessary
Monitor and report on statutory and regulatory compliance matters, including personal data protection
Provide training to business units on changes to laws and regulations
Participating in ad-hoc projects
Support harmonization of policies and processes within the Group
Requirements:
A law degree and admitted to the Singapore Bar (other Commonwealth jurisdictions may be considered) with 4 to 9 years of relevant work experience. Candidate should highlight any corporate secretarial and/or in-house experience
