Job Description

Your tasks

  • Be responsible for administrative tasks such as data entry and docketing of IP related events of our clients' intellectual property rights portfolios, in particular this includes the events that are related to formality steps of patents, trademarks, designs and utility models
  • Independent and responsible input of data into the internal system, intellectual property management software as well as administration, maintenance and monitoring of IP relevant data
  • If needed, provide support to other Dennemeyer Departments


Your profile

  • Based in Singapore
  • Educational background in the IP area (e.g. apprenticeship as Paralegal, Patent Attorney Assistant or similar) or relevant professional experience
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Precise and autonomous way of working with excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track deadlines
  • Fluency in English and Japanese languages are mandatory (written and spoken); other APAC languages are considered as an asset
